Another The End

Last night, I wrote ‘The End’ again. Book 9 manuscript is ready to be polished and read by my mentor. I’ve realised that I work best under pressure, taking weeks off between books and then working in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) style. This time I started on March 6th night, recording a total of 44 writing sessions that resulted in 40k words. You already know that I’m a multi-genre Author with books in YA, kid lit and romance categories, but lately I’ve been reading and writing romance more than any other genre! So Book 9 will be a romance too. Set in Kolkata, India with a little ‘vacation’ in between. And there’ll be an international touch because I love multicultural environments. Oh, and of course there will be a cat.

Hope you all enjoy it when I release it into the world🙂

  1. Congratulations on Book 9, Sue! That’s fantastic! I am currently doing “Camp NaNoWriMo”, but my goal isn’t 50K words – it’s just 5K. If I go over that, which I hope I will, all the better. But I’m one of those people who takes my time and has to analyze everything first, so I’m a slow writer, which is okay. I’m trying to get into the habit of writing at least something every day. Congrats again!!
